Afternoon and Evening drive. This privately owned and managed reserve is where you should go if you are visiting South Africa to see animals! Combine this private game reserve tour with an Addo Elephant National park visit.
The property has been owned by the Bean family as far back as 1833. Since 1982, they started to stock the private game reserve which is the oldest private game viewing reserve in the Cape Province. There are approximately 2000 animals of over 40 species in the reserve.
There are numerous antelope species as well as lion, hippo, rhino, giraffe, ostrich, monkeys, aardwolf, elephant and buffalo etc. The reserve is never closed and they try to make their guests as comfortable as possible.
